Clu

Clu is considered a very friendly guy. His sweet smile and his charming personality accumulate upon his good nature, which comes across as a very light and pleasing aura to most people. He makes friends really fast, and people say he's very easy to talk to. He's gotten lots of people to open up, but he never opens up himself. If asked, those he's supposedly friends with would say they don't know much about him, not anything that matters at least. He doesn't make any serious relationships and finds it difficult for him to get attached to anything or anyone. He's very flighty but not finicky by any stretch. He does gain and lose friends on and off, but it's not because something made him decide to drop it. His friends leave him first eighty percent of the time. Clu is fifty-fifty between introversion and extroversion. He can't come to terms with what does better for him: being with people or alone. He gets very frustrated about this, and can have stressful burnouts because of his constant indecisiveness and unsuccessful self assessments on why he always feels constantly alone. He can't figure himself out, and he's pretty sure he never will.

Roman

The joker. The comic relief. The goofball. That's what everyone thinks when they think of Roman. He was always the cute little sidekick that every hero's got and no one else really wants because he's utterly useless. He gets the bad grades, does the dumb thing, panders to the masses with idiocy and farce.
He's sadistic. Dominative. Manipulative. What he doesn't show is the most important and most deadliest part of him. On the inside, he harbors a young teen who has read the Art of War by Sun Tzu and actually tested some of those things within. On the inside, he harbors a superior and strategic mind. He's a puppeteer of the worst kind, controlling those around him without their knowing simply by affecting their emotions, thoughts, and actions. He learns his puppets well and then sends them off. He is incredibly smart. If ever he was really to take an IQ test that he wasn;t lying in, it would be somewhere in the upper three digits. He doesn't like having the attention on him in such ways, which is why he;d rather have the attention on him drawn because of a more insignificant light. He can manipulate better from the shadows, and that's where he stays. Someone like him though has a very interesting flaw: he cannot understand or really play chess. He can move the pieces around, but he never gets to the finish of a game because of how frustrating it is. His stratagem stems from understanding his pawns. He studies them. Every one of his pawns has variables. He uses these variables to make his plans and achieve his goals. He studies people's personalities, morals, moods, actions, reactions, breaking points, etc because it fascinates him, and thanks to his incredible memory, he's able to retain all he learns and recall it in the future to use in his plots.

Cameron

Cameron is a very quiet soul. He is very introverted and never seems able to open up to people. Despite his age, he has the shyness of a child. Speaking out among people or even being in their attention is torture for him. He lived for years in the background and isn't about to step out any time soon. He'd rather stay where he is, all nice and comfortable in his self-created niche. He doesn't really look out for people or care if they need him. He's very self-centered that way. He's intelligent and knows a lot about survival, which is useful for everyone, but he'd never step up and help. No, never. It's just how he is. Cameron is very observant and because of this, he has learned a lot just by watching people. He can do any number of odd things from repairing electronics to creating animal traps. He can fix cars, pilot airplanes, cook like an angel from even the most measly ingredients, and when determined enough, he can find even the most hidden of objects. Cameron is a born artist. A prodigy if you will. He's always had a way with words, a way that exceeded everyone else around him. Plus, his natural mind for rhyme scheme, pattern, and sound combined with his way with words has turned him into an incredible poet. He would publish his poetry under the pseudonym Kenneth Ross, and became very famous from it even if no one knew. Cameron was also born under a very romanticized view of the world. He figured he was just an ordinary person in an ordinary town. His life was boring and monotonous and uneventful. Then it all changed when he went on the plane trip to the Caribbean. He'd done it before. Hundreds of times in fact. After his parents' divorce, his mother had married a very rich entrepreneur and she would send for him every chance she got to visit. The plane ride was just another mundane event for him. Then there was a storm. There was a failure in the plane. Then he was down on the island, injured and the only survivor, stranded in the sea. He swam to shore. He made it. He lived. But he was badly affected. He doesn't adapt well. Despite all his knowledge and skill, this experience has changed him badly and he can't cope with it. Not at all. His perfectly structured little view of the world has been shattered and he shattered along with it. He struggles on and endures and prays for rescue, but more often than not, he is tempted to merely end this nightmare.

Emmett

Emmett is a rather odd person. Then again, who isn't? Emmett; an ex-marine, one of those people who's supposed to be tough and ruthless and confident, is probably the one person who most definitley isn't. Alright, he's tough. Very tough. Physiclaly at least. But something just never clicked with him and that would be the fact where he was supposed to build mental barriers. He was supposed to be strong and resilient. He wasn't. While overseas on his first real mission, his unit was killed off and a few were captured. He was one of the captured ones, obviously, or he wouldn't be here today. He and his remaining buddies were tortured brutally for intel. Rather than actually give them the information, Emmett broke down instead. He broke down and shut up inside and became a rather pointless endeavor. When he and the unit were rescued, he was put into serious therapy, but even then, he never recovered. He's still mentally and emotionally weak, suffering from PTSD and something else entirely. Being trapped on the island hasn't helped either. On the outside, Emmett seems pretty normal. He's not a mumbling, bumbling idiot or anything. Psychologically he's messed up. After the whole capture incident, he's become severely obsessive and protective over those he cares for, yet at the same time, distances himself from them. It's hard to explain, but it's as though he will never let them get close to him. Emmett has also lost all sense of self. He can't stand up for or explain himself. Rather he shuts down and follows along with whatever people say, or he'll just deny what he may be thinking. That's another thing, he's unconscious of his own feelings and limits. He can't understand why he reacts in certain ways or his reasons for saying or thinking certain things. As to his own limits, he pushes himself past the edge of his own abilities and won't back down from it, usually causing himself and others harm.
