Aro Septimus Nox
Inmate Level 2
Considered a rather bland looking guy with bright blue eyes and red hair. He never smiles. He thinks happiness is foolish and a waste of time.
He is never what he seems to be, and his moods change so often it can be very hard to keep up. He usually has a very short temper. When you're on his good side, you're on the best side you can possibly be on, but it won't last long. Enjoy it while you can.
He grew up with a mother broken down by addiction, and a father who only cam visiting while his mother was still thin and pretty. After she hit the ice cream tubs too many times, he just used her for the drug connections and to sell around on the streets. In short, neither parent was ever really there for Aero, and he was left at the mercy of whoever decided to watch over him till they got back. He smoked cigarettes and drank liquor while most kids are being fed broccoli and apple juice. While kids stop and smell the roses, he was breathing paint fumes as his 'babysitter' took him along to go graffiti rail stations and warehouses. He lived a thug life, as they so eloquently say, but it's not the glitz and gold that everyone romanticizes. It was brutal. It was horrible. And it scarred Aero in ways that won't be mentioned here.
Since he was constantly exposed to the world, Aero learned to escape in his dreams, and so discovered his power: the ability to travel in others' dreams. He used this often, and after certain events traumatized him when he was twelve, he went walking in others' dreams and went comatose for three years. When he awoke, he found dark ceilings and walls and chains. He had stumbled into the wrong dream too often, and wound up on Avernous Co's radar. Now he's in Asylum. He feels anything but welcome.
It's been four years and Aero still hasn't adjusted. He's between the "I could care less" and the "Oh God make it end" spectrum. What he suffered before hand was worse, but three years in dreamland had taken their affect, and he wound up unused to the tortures. So he slowly is building a tolerance again, and takes every day as it comes. He ignores most of the other prisoners and doesn't feel the need or desire to get along with anyone. He's just a little shell, mimicking life. And that's all he'll do till he dies.
Powers: can travel into others dreams, can create illusions

Lithium
Convert
Lithium is a nineteen year old young man, very tall for his age, with the unfortunate role of being a Convert. It took a lot to break him, and as such, has resulted in a rather turbulent, spontaneous devil that can't quite be reigned in as much as the authorities would like. At least he gets the job done, if not messily.

Anastasia Kasovski
City Branch Fighter
Anastasia Kasovski is actually male, so don't automatically assume by the name and call him a 'she'. A very strong young man of twenty-seven, he has a muscular build, but his slim physique mirrors hat of a runner rather than a bodybuilder. He has dark red hair and equally dark red eyes. His skin is fair with faint scars on his arms and much bolder, more brutal disfigurations on his back and neck. He's very quiet, but very brilliant, with a head for strategics, numbers, and other calculations. He sticks by himself whenever he can, and he also... talks to himself a lot. The reason: he can see and communicate with ghosts. Though there is no scientific explanation for this, Anastasia doesn't need one. Seeing and interacting with them is proof enough. He went so far as to think himself insane at first, but there was too much going on to dispute that idea. Anastasia has always known he was different, and not jus because of his girly name and his background in Russia. He can do more than just communicate with ghosts. When he was little, he found that he could manipulate his parents thinking and get away with all sorts of things. He found it amusing, as well as a perfect chance to get out of trouble or doing chores. Bu over time, his ability to take away memories and give false ones caught up to them. Unable to handle the pressure of no linear form of time, seeing as she sometimes believed she'd done ten things at the same second, his mother wound up institutionalized, claiming she could travel through time and eventually saying she was god. After a year, she killed herself. His father suffered a similar fate. He also thought himself capable of doing more than he could, as well as becoming incapable of discerning reality from fiction. Anastasia tried to correct the mistakes, not wanting to lose both parents, but having such a limited grasp on his own ability, he only made it worse. Indirectly, he caused his father's death when the man walked out in front of speeding traffic, not able to determine if it was really even there. Suffice to say, Anastasia learned a lot about the consequences of his abilities from very early, even hough the payment was rather high. It happened a long time ago, when he was about four and five, so he only remembers the lesson rather than the actual faces and facts. He spent the rest of his young life in an orphanage, pushed and pulled around with a lot of other children who we're as lost and disturbed as he. When he was fourteen, he ran away from he orphanage and stowed away on multiple vessels, traveling around till he wound up in New York City. He got the odd jobs here and there, as in such a large city, any illegals can make it if they know how. Anastasia finally gained citizenship at eighteen and enlisted in the military. When he was twenty-three, he found himself back in New York City, a target of Avernous Co. His life from enlistment till up to a year ago is kept in the dark. He eventually joined he City Branch of fighters with a host of powers at his disposal: seeing ghosts, implanting false memories and removing real ones, and hen creating weapons out of any object. The last one especially has been a very useful power. Anastasia comes across as very laid back, but his activism in the fighters would stand to say otherwise. He believes that only consistent and heavy aggression towards Avernous Co. will bring them to their knees. He feels that the Fighters are taking the overcautious route. He is never one for patience, and though it can lead to rash behavior, it also can over exaggerate just how 'slow' things are getting done. In his everyday life, Anastasia is rather calculative, cold, self-loathing, and introverted. He doesn't see eye to eye with people a lot, and he hardly ever tries to. He won't give people the time of day, and they often view his coldness as some form of egocentric sense or malicious intent. He just doesn't want to get close to people. It really is that simple. It isn't that he doesn't care, it is that he does not want to care.
Personality: calculative, cold, self-loathing, vindictive, tactician, logic over ethics, melancholy, introverted
Likes: flavored coffee, Heath bars, zombie video games, romantic chick flicks (you heard right), beef jerky, yogurt covered pretzels, big cats, sketchbooks, little crappy figurines, monster trucks, sticky notes, throwing knives
Dislikes:
Talents:
Powers: can talk to ghosts, implant false memories and remove real ones, create weapons out of any object
Advantages:
Flaws: difficulty controlling powers, aggressive, doesn't bond well, doesn't relate well, self-loathing
Disabilities: depression disorder,
Weaknesses:

Ravage Endlast
Super Criminal
Ravage isn't his real name, but he'll never admit to it. He gave it to himself after he successfully killed a group of teenagers at a rave. There wasn't much left of them, as if they had been ravaged by wild animals.
